We’ll move for pleasure\, pain relief\, and to deepen our self awareness and development. \n\n\n10am-3pm – Coming from the Feet – with Gwen Crowell\nFree. Using vintage footage of Betty Fuller\, Gwen guides us into\nmoving through our bodies for better Trager results with less effort!\nRegister by 8/15;  Donations for space accepted.\n\n3:15pm-4:15pm- Dance / talent show!\n\n4:30pm-5:30pm- Picnic / meal nearby\n\nRegistration deadline:August 15th\, 2026.
