SUMMARY:SOMATIC FOUNDATIONS OF PRESENCE\, TOUCH\, AND MOVEMENT
DESCRIPTION:This workshop – 2 and 4 day options – delves into the somatic foundations of presence\, touch\, and movement\, inviting participants to experience Trager Somatic Therapy’s guiding principles of softness\, weight\, waves\, connection\, play\, pause\, and authenticity. *Two day attendees attend Thursday and Friday. \nEach workshop day is 9:30-4:45pm\, (9:30am-12:30pm & 1:45pm-4:45pm) with an hour and fifteen minutes for lunch. 12 ncbtmb ce’s awarded for 2 days\, 24 ce’s for 4 days. Each day includes 4 hours of mindful movement explorations and 2 hours of hands on application at the table. \nCome explore how our felt sense of movement changes the potency of our touch. This workshop is for anyone interested in deepening their relationship with touch and movement\, in personal or professional settings.
