TRAUMA INFORMED BODYWORK FOR HEALING AND RESILIENCE

What if your hands could speak safety so clearly… your clients’ nervous systems finally listened? Join us and unlock the power of touch as a language with The Trager® Approach—transforming trauma-informed care for lasting healing.
Step into a transformative experience with The Trager® Approach—a gentle yet powerful method rooted in the highest standards of trauma-informed care. This class invites massage and somatic practitioners to explore the profound impact of non-verbal touch in restoring trust, releasing chronic tension, and awakening the body’s innate resilience.
Grounded in the principles of Presence, Co-regulation, Neuroplasticity, and client empowerment through movement, Trager® has demonstrated significant benefits for those dealing with PTSD, musculoskeletal and chronic pain, addiction, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. It’s more than just technique—it’s a paradigm shift in how we connect through our hands and teach movement. You’ll learn to create safety through rhythmic, effortless movement and presence-based touch, meeting clients where they are—without force, without agenda. When the body feels invited rather than fixed, true change occurs. “We’ll also incorporate somatic movement exercises, Trager “Mentastics” that build on the gains achieved during the table work session, empowering your clients to engage with their world differently and transform their human experience.
If you’re ready to enhance your practice with greater depth, compassion, and clinical effectiveness, this class is your gateway. Join us to elevate your skills and become part of a community committed to making a meaningful difference.
