Michael Lear, who will be teaching Level 2, is an internationally-recognized Senior Trager® Practitioner, Tutor & Instructor, and Ashtanga Yoga Instructor with a client base spanning five continents. He was recognized with a cover article in 2007 Massage Therapy Journal for his work introducing Trager® to physical therapists in post-tsunami Sri Lanka.

Roger Tolle, who will be teaching Level 3, has been a Trager Practitioner since 1985 and teaches Trager Courses extensively throughout the US and Europe. His background includes a B.A. in Theater and Movement, fifteen years as a professional dancer, extensive study with Dr. Milton Trager, and study of somatic movement practices including Continuum, Aston Patterning, Body Mind Centering, Gyrotonics, and more.

Deane Juhan is the author of Job’s Body: A Handbook for Bodywork and Touched by the Goddess: the Physical, Psychological and Spiritual Powers of Bodywork. He has been a professional bodyworker for 38 years, including 18 years as a member of the Esalen Massage Crew and 24 years as a student of Dr. Milton Trager and an instructor for The Trager Institute. He has taught anatomy and physiology for bodyworkers of all kinds in the US, Canada, Europe and Japan, and is an NCBTMB approved provider. Joseph Rodin, assistant, supervised practice leader, and tutor trainee, began practicing massage in 1991 and has taught Trager® Introductory courses and other post-graduate continuing education courses over the past decade throughout the Northwest and beyond.
