9am-9:45am – Mentastic – Mindful Somatics – with Joseph Rodin & Friends
Free. Open to manual and movement therapists, students, friends and family. We’ll move for pleasure, pain relief, and to deepen our self awareness and development.

10am-3pm – Coming from the Feet – with Gwen Crowell
Free. Using vintage footage of Betty Fuller, Gwen guides us into
moving through our bodies for better Trager results with less effort!
Register by 8/15;  Donations for space accepted.

3:15pm-4:15pm- Dance / talent show!
4:30pm-5:30pm- Picnic / meal nearby
